Refund Policy

 

At Lumtulum, we are committed to providing you with high-quality handyman services that meet your needs and exceed your expectations across the USA. However, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the terms for bookings made through the Lumtulum mobile app or website.

Cancellations: You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it. To cancel, simply open the Lumtulum Customer App, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking." If you cancel before acceptance, you will receive a full refund of the service fee for any advance booking payments.

Unavailability of Handyman: In the rare event that a Handyman is unable to make it to your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may decline the service. In such cases, you can choose to:

  • Reschedule: We will work with you to find a new appointment time that fits your schedule.
  • Full Refund: Cancel your booking and receive a full refund with no cancellation fees applied (applicable to advance booking services).

Refunds: All eligible refunds will be processed directly into the user’s wallet or the original payment method if the service was based on an Advance Booking model.

Non-Eligible Situations: The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:

  • You cancel your booking after the provider has already accepted and committed to the schedule.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the work, but the Handyman completed the service as described in the app.
  • You experience minor inconveniences or slight delays during the service window.
  • You request changes to the scope of work after the Handyman has arrived, which may result in additional charges.

Dispute Resolution: If you have any concerns or disagreements regarding your refund or cancellation, please contact Lumtulum Support at hello@lumtulum.com or call our helpline at +1 (585) 284-8793. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and amicably.

Important Notes: This policy applies to all bookings made through the Lumtulum App or website. Lumtulum reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by the latest version of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
